Staff was helpful!,relative to providing tourist information and services.
Location,it was to far removed from the historic downtown, but what can we do,that's growth and urbanization for you. Also, the staff could have been more attentive and friendlier!

The food at the restaurant is very good.
It really needs maintanence...paint and an upkeep. It's looking old and ratty. The price is good if it would've been what I initially thought, but it was actually expensive for what it was.

The breakfast was delicious at 7:15am and all the food was good. The room was beautifully maintained and the amenities included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a personal safe. Location: the hotel was right by an alley of parked cars, and other places of interest.
The setting was terrible.

Nice pool area with warm waters, perfect for kids. Breakfast buffet could be improved and not much variety. The live music at night was enjoyable but quite loud. Friendly staff helped with everything we needed.

The spacious room was a plus, giving us plenty of room for our kiddo to play. The nearby attractions.
My wife says that the noise levels were unbearable at times. It would be great if they improved sound insulation for families with little ones.

A mixed bag of conveniences and quirks
For a quick business stay, it meets the basics. The staff were generally friendly, made check-in smooth. I enjoyed a few quiet moments by the pool, although it felt small when busy. Pro tip, ask for a room far from the lobby to avoid noise at night.

The stay included late checkout and a breakfast discount for a wedding, nice touches. The friendliness of the staff was notable, and the room was clean and spacious. On the downside, noise from the lobby made it difficult to sleep, and the food options, particularly breakfast, were lacking in variety and quality.
